Acceptance of Terms

By visiting, browsing, or otherwise using any service provided by starfind Store, you confirm that you accept and will comply with these Terms of Service together with every federal, state, and local law and regulation that applies to you. Should you disagree with any portion of these terms, you may not access or use any starfind Store offering. Anyone who uses the service on behalf of a company or other organization confirms that they hold the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Use of the Website

You may use starfind Store's services solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes, unless starfind Store has given you written authorization to do otherwise. You agree not to:

Product Information and Pricing

starfind Store works diligently to keep product descriptions, prices, specifications, and availability details accurate and current. If product information, pricing, or availability contains an error, we may correct that error and cancel any orders placed on the basis of the incorrect information at no cost to you. For items with natural variability (such as handmade goods or products made from natural materials), minor differences in dimensions, weight, or appearance from the listed specifications may occur. Product information and warnings are supplied for reference only; starfind Store cannot guarantee that products are free from cross-contamination during processing or packaging. Product availability may differ by delivery zone, pickup location, and selected time slot.

Orders and Payment

Every order depends on product availability and acceptance by starfind Store. We may decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, breach these terms, or cannot be fulfilled because of stock shortages. Full payment is required before an order is dispatched or collected, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Minimum order values and delivery fees may apply depending on your selected delivery zone and time slot. For age-restricted products (including alcohol, tobacco, and vaping products where legally permitted), you must meet the legal age for purchasing such items in your jurisdiction, and valid government-issued ID will be required at delivery or pickup. If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you before dispatch and may offer a suitable substitute, or refund the unavailable item, unless you have opted out of substitutions at checkout.

Intellectual Property

All content on starfind Store's platforms — including text, images, logos, software, private label product packaging, and the "starfind Store" name and branding — belongs exclusively to starfind Store and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any starfind Store content without our express written permission. User-generated content (including product reviews, photos, and comments) submitted to our platforms may be used by starfind Store for marketing, promotional, or operational purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activities conducted under your account. You must notify starfind Store immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. You are also responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date contact, delivery, and payment information when placing orders, and for ensuring that any special instructions, eligibility requirements, or product-specific conditions you submit are truthful and complete. Limitation of Liability

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of starfind Store's services shall first be submitted to starfind Store's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in New York, NY, in accordance with the provider's commercial arbitration rules. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

starfind Store may update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email to the address associated with your account, or via a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using starfind Store's services prior to the effective date of the changes.
